Day 3 uROk 33 Day Challenge Global Life Planning Event

Values, Vision, Purpose - You've got it all in hand. 11.09.09 and we find ourselves on Day 3 of the group worldwide uROk 33 Day Challenge. Well some of us do but there’s no hassling directed at the latecomers as we had a flurry of last minute takers. And, given we’re shipping from all the way ‘Down Under’ it’s no wonder we’ve got starters as late as next Monday. Whenever you start your actual Day 1 is irrelevant as long as you start!
All of the e-coaching sessions are now available in the members lounge and you can watch a session here now. (If you’re on the landing page you might want to click through to the blog page so the site music isn’t playing simultaneously.)
Naturally you can dive straight into your 33 days but I strongly encourage (urge, cajole, direct) you to do the pre-work first. You’ll have a much better foundation from which to create your Day One Blueprint and your uROk Personal Wheel goals will hang together seamlessly. Getting your personal values, vision and purpose straight is well worth the effort before you go out goal setting.
But back to Day 3 – if you’re there that is. I wonder if you’re already feeling the effects? Over 90% of past Challengers surveyed reported feeling different with about 60% of people saying they felt ‘radically changed’ even at this early stage. The common feedback featuring a greater sense of direction and an enhanced peace of mind. Apart from those few who cop out early claiming they don’t have the time, everyone (actually serious about getting results in their lives) can’t believe how easy it is. I take about 40 minutes a day to do my uROk Personal Wheel - it’s pretty crowded with descriptive. Matt takes about 20 minutes and some of you reckon it’s taking as little as 10 minutes a day. Which, if you use nice short sharp “Iam”, “I now”, “I feel” statements is totally possible. If you do the half hour guided visualisation every day, you’re looking at as little as 40 minutes a day to just over an hour ‘me-time’ – half of which you can do in bed! Seriously, when people say to me “I don’t have the time to do something like that” and in the next breath discuss the latest TV sitcom episode, I have to wonder where their priorities are. Watching life or living it?
Which reminds me to say a few thank you’s to the most rocking group of uROk 33 Day Challengers ever. Now there’s a bunch of people with their priorities right! JM from New York - the most beautiful email about how the life-movie exercise helped you – thank you, RZ from Switzerland, AJ from Auckland and CF from London - thank you so much for all your feedback and kind words – it’s you guys who really rock, CW from Malaysia – I was so inspired by your story, please keep in touch and let me know how it all unfolds, and finally GB from Currumbin – your support is magic, thank you! And to everyone else – keep on rocking and let me know how you’re going. Back on blog in about a week.
Day 3: “It’s never too late to be what you might’ve been.” Elliot
